Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
The frontage decked in Corten (steel with a rusty appearance) is part of a beautiful stone façade, located on the town's ring road. In the kitchen, the chef produces inspired, delicious and indulgent dishes. Organic Scottish salmon gravlax, avocado and samphire tacos, sour cream; thick pollack steak confit in olive oil, frothy aioli and steamed vegetables; melt-in-the-mouth apple on a soft Breton palet biscuit, vanilla mousseline cream. Dishes of great finesse that go down a treat!
