In 2025, this restaurant celebrates a century of existence, as a veritable treasure trove of history that has preserved its family soul intact. Today, the kitchen is run by Lorenza, heir to a tradition that smells of Emilia and Piacenza, the same tradition lovingly preserved by her mother.
