This lodge is home to a cluster of freestanding cottage suites, each with open fires, exposed beams, and wide views over pasture and sea. Guests spend their days riding horses along the coast, sipping local Pinot in the main lodge, or exploring the estate’s trails by quad bike. Dinner is drawn almost entirely from the land, and a well-stocked cellar highlights the best of the Wairarapa wine region. It is a place that makes you want to take it easy, and stay longer than planned.
