Le staff est très poli mais pas très efficace. Les restos sont corrects mais sans plus. Le service à la réception est défaillant, les chambres sont drôlement faites avec une douche centrale sans ventilation qui cause de l'humidité. Dans la chambre, climatisation non-fonctionnelle, téléphone brisé, pas une chambre très ergonomique. Manque d'initiative du staff. Les barmen ne connaissent pas leur drinks, Une expérience extrêmement décevante. J'en ai fait part à la directrice du service à la clientèle. Elle a tenté de nous changer de chambre mais à 23:30, je ne voulais pas refaire mes valises pour changer, tout cela aurait du être fait au début car l'hôtel était vide!
