Immersed in nature, La Cerreta Osteria is a rural inn where you can sleep, relax in hot springs and enjoy fine cuisine. The daily menu at the restaurant here is prepared using biodynamic ingredients grown on the property itself (wine, olive oil, cheese, vegetables from the kitchen garden etc). House specialities often include the particularly delicious suckling pig.
Gastronomy & Sustainability
"This restaurant is situated on a certified biodynamic farm which supplies 90% of the ingredients for its fresh, seasonal cuisine. Produce includes vegetables straight from the kitchen garden, cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil, Maremma beef, Cinta Senese pork and Livorno chickens, all raised on the farm, as well as wine from the estate’s vineyards. The result is an all-round sustainable approach that is communicated clearly and with passion."
