Hotel Wailea
Every unit is a suite, light-filled and spacious with oak floors, colorful local art, and artisan-crafted furnishings in materials like coral and native wood. Spa-like bathrooms have luxurious soaking tubs, and all suites come with separate living rooms and kitchenettes. Most have balconies with ocean views, though some have private terraces opening onto tropical gardens. Outside, footpaths wind past waterfalls, palm trees, and koi ponds, leading to Hotel Wailea’s tranquil pool area with cabanas, woven chaises, and an open-air bar.
Island-sourced ingredients are the basis for creative cocktails and Japanese-inspired cuisine at the Birdcage bar and lounge. Meanwhile the more formal Restaurant at Hotel Wailea offers ocean views and garden seating, as well as a behind-the-scenes Kitchen Table experience; the Treehouse is a unique elevated venue for a private chef’s dinner.
And in addition to a wide array of wellness-oriented experiences, the hotel gladly arranges upscale beach picnics and outdoor adventures from outrigger canoe whale-watching excursions to sunset sails.
Please note: Hotel Wailea cannot accommodate children under the age of 18.
