MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
After moving into a shopping mall in 2022, the modern, airy room now strikes a balance between formal and cosy vibes. French classics are given a makeover with the chef’s novel ideas and local twists. The set menu offers four choices for each course, and it changes according to the season, but the signature dish fermented mandarin fish, and mille-feuille with seasonal fruits always remain.
