The name Gym & Gin is a reference to the balance we all have to find between pleasure and healthy living. After a workout in the gym upstairs, unwind in this lounge-like establishment with its vintage colour scheme and designer furniture. The cocktail/gin list as well as Kevin Valkhoff's set menu and à la carte options are all as impressive as each other. Inspired by exotic subtleties, he brings flavours to life with original flashes of inspiration, such as adding red pepper to cucumber and mango in order to give salmon some extra pep. If you fancy an afternoon aperitif and a light bite, the good news is that Gym & Gin is always open.
