Dishes such as baked cauliflower with wild mushrooms, cedar nuts and mountain thyme can be complemented by meat/fish specialties. Those in the mood for a culinary adventure can opt for the five-course "Chef's Choice" set menu (with meat/fish or vegetarian), with optional wine pairings.
