Housed within the luxurious Hotel Villa Abbazia, this restaurant boasts a sumptuous dining room adorned with a fireplace, frescoes and period decorations, alongside an equally elegant outdoor space for summer dining. The young chef, who was practically brought up here, offers tasting menus from which dishes can also be chosen à la carte, with a focus on fresh and colourful dishes featuring herbs and vegetables from the restaurant’s own garden, alongside ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers, most of whom are local.
