Tradition, a street food influence, authenticity and purity are the words that best sum up this popular restaurant, which showcases the full array of Indonesian cuisine. The rijsttafel (a medley of dishes with rice – also available in a vegan version) provides an excellent opportunity to discover the chef's talent for seasoning and balancing intense flavours. From the succulence of the lamb, the distinctly nutty flavour of the peanut sauce and the delicate spiciness of the gado gado, you can see that this is a chef who knows how to combine generosity with subtlety. Be sure to try the roast goat meat as well!
