Along a road outside the fine town of Altpascio, the restaurant’s menu is equally split between meat and fish, but for a long time they have built their reputation on seafood products, served in classic, Italian and Mediterranean dishes. The restaurant’s other passion is the truffle, which whether black or white embellishes the dishes throughout all the seasons.
