A tea salon started by the founder of a local high fashion brand became a full-blown dining concept in 2022. The room boasts a wall of Pu-er tea bricks as a nod to its past. The 3- to 5-course lunch set offers good value, with only one season-driven tasting menu at dinner. The head chefs excel in preparing local and Asian produce using classic French techniques.
