An informal restaurant with bottles of wine from the enoteca on the walls adding a charming touch. The menu features delicious traditional dishes made from top-quality Franciacorta ingredients, including vegetables grown in a large organic garden supported by the restaurant. Many of the ingredients used by the chef (pasta, cheese, ham and salami etc) are served as snacks at the lively bar throughout the day.
