After working and living in Asia for over a decade, chef Olivier Elzer founded this restaurant that aims to allow new ways of enjoying French cuisine. He minted an original concept known as “Yakifrenchy” – a menu that serves French classics like duck confit, frogs’ legs and escargots on skewers, like Japanese yakitori.
