Never judge a book by its cover – or a restaurant by its entrance! It may be quite quirky in its looks, but this sweetly run Japanese eatery provides an enjoyable and well-rounded omakase experience. It's led by Chef-Owner Daisuke Shimoyama, who shows off his impressive knife skills when preparing a procession of high quality ingredients, be it Wagyu beef, sea bream or lobster.
