From the comfort of your table, beneath the high ceiling with striking chandeliers and moulding, enjoy obliging service in the time-honoured tradition of fine-dining culture. Leopold Ott decamps to Locanda Barbarossa in Ascona in the summer season, and in winter proposes classic-modern cuisine with Mediterranean and international influences – the Cà d'Oro caviar selection is also a mainstay here.
