Davos's restaurant scene is not only about regional food – the Chinese restaurant at the Grischa hotel serves Cantonese and Szechuan-style cuisine. Tip: Some dishes are designed for sharing. If you fancy the Peking duck for two, be sure to pre-order (at least 48hr in advance). You can also combine many of the ingredients yourself according to your preferences. The upscale design features wood, stone, leather and a palette of elegant dark shades for a lovely ambience.
