The tastefully luxurious interior is adorned with bouquets of fresh flowers and floral wallpaper. In his open kitchen, Julien Poulain concocts classic dishes with a sprinkling of extremely subtle modern touches (roasted langoustine, celeriac risotto, bisque emulsion, tarragon, chopped hazelnuts).
