Alongside its unquestionably high levels of gastronomy, the Refectorio also enjoys a spectacular setting in a 12C monastery surrounded by nature, wine cellars and vineyards.
Reus-born chef Marc Segarra offers guests a choice of menus (Terruño, Terruño Versión Extendida and Legado) and a highly creative culinary experience with wine pairing options that provide a perfect opportunity to taste some superb wines. Seasonal produce from the farm here and ingredients sourced from small local producers add to the appeal. The service is also extraordinary: the staff will park your car for you, provide scented hand towels, invite you to a glass of champagne in La Cueva (from the wine cellar’s private collection), and even give you a tour of the vegetable garden!

"At the Abadía Retuerta LeDomaine we have a legacy that we need to protect, hence our use of clean energy and our waste management policy. We also have our own organic market garden, promote biodiversity via our beekeeping, and conserve our local environment through the replanting of pine trees."
