The Ravet family from the L’Ermitage restaurant in Vufflens-le-Château have brought their own style to Hotel Bernerhof in the centre of Gstaad, in the form of this chic brasserie, which now serves ambitious modern French Ravet-style gourmet cuisine. The service is attentive and friendly. A special feature of the brasserie is a flambé trolley.
