This traditional restaurant is run by Vittorio Conte, who previously served up MICHELIN-starred star cuisine at Osteria TRE in Bubendorf. He has also made a name for himself outside Switzerland. With the motto "a few products – different textures", his dishes draw on Italian and Swiss influences. Everything is pared down to the essentials, and the produce takes centre stage. In the evening, an ambitious set menu is served – this must be pre-ordered. The terrace in the garden is delightful in summer.
