Los Tres Gallos

This popular operation commands a corner of downtown Cabo San Lucas. The sprawling space is centered around a grand courtyard, and the setting, with its brick structure, paver stone patio, and wood furnishings, is brightened by pink and red painted stucco. A roof terrace is open during the evening.
Los Tres Gallos serves a crowd-pleasing menu of generously portioned traditional Mexican cuisine like chile rellenos, enchiladas, and mole con pollo. The pozole is a vivid broth enriched with roasted chiles and tomatoes. Stocked with plump kernels of toothsome hominy alongside chunks of braised pork, it is served with a host of embellishments. The flan de casa is as big as a house, so plan on sharing dessert.
