The first iteration of the hotel now known as Monte Rosa catered to mountaineers in search of adventure, more than 160 years ago. Today, its stylish guests continue to seek out some of the best ice climbing, tobogganing, and skiing the Alps have to offer, while enjoying more modern amenities like the vast spa and wellness area at its sister property, the Mont Cervin Palace, and complimentary pickup from the train station. Run by the Seiler family for five generations, Monte Rosa Boutique Hotel still boasts plenty of old world charm, from its historic dining room and complimentary afternoon tea to its stately Belle Époque aesthetic and charming rooms.
