Here a pair of D.C.-born sisters with restaurant and hospitality design experience have renovated a quartet of 19th-century buildings into a stylish little inn (the Wildset) and a seafood-focused modern American restaurant, Ruse. It’s an infusion of contemporary style in a place with historical charm to spare, and the lively contrast between the two makes for a memorable — and impressively restorative — holiday experience.
