Umiltà 36 is tucked away on a side street that connects to the Via del Corso, and behind its door is a luxury boutique hotel whose interiors are alive with a contrast of styles, from Art Deco to classic modernism to modern and contemporary art. The rooms and suites are crisp and clean-lined, no Roman rough edges; public spaces include the Dandy Café restaurant and a remarkably convincing Argentinian venue called El Porteño Gourmet.
