Manchester’s rich industrial heritage provides plentiful raw material for a crop of modern, design-oriented luxury hotels, and a century-old red-brick cotton warehouse on Canal Street, at the heart of the city’s gay village, is now home to the very stylish Leven, the flagship of a new lifestyle/luxury-hotel brand.
