The building has housed everything from a goldsmith’s shop to a famed inn, and its meticulous restoration preserves the past without sacrificing comfort. One of the few freestanding buildings in Ljubljana’s old town, it offers rare views and a sense of continuity that is hard to find and easy to remember.
