In a glorious natural setting between the rugged Apuan Alps and the deep blue expanse of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the Tuscan beach town of Forte dei Marmi has long drawn fashionable Europeans to summer — or weekend — in its villas. One of these, Villa Grey, is an irresistibly lovely place to experience the local version of la dolce vita. Located right on the beachfront promenade, this luxury hotel features peaceful guest rooms with parquet floors, modern decor, and views of the mountains or the sea.
