The name of the restaurant is the imperative “Feast!” , which the chef chose to reflect the hospitality he offers, replete with the Japanese sense of season. Seating is at the counter, where customers can watch as the food is prepared: an idea he took from kappo restaurants. The acqua pazza, stewed with hanasansho in the spring and mushrooms in the autumn, is a speciality that brings together Japanese and Italian cuisine.
