The Pinch Charleston
The rooms and suites go a bit beyond the boutique-hotel norm when it comes to the nuts and bolts of hospitality — they come with in-room laundry facilities as well as full kitchens, and a grocery service is available. There’s contemporary art everywhere, and the public spaces are just as impressive as the rooms, but a little more lively, which is sensible, given their function. Speaking of which, two more rather essential common spaces are new open, including Lowland, set in its own freestanding 19th-century neoclassical-style house, while guests can also choose to enjoy Lowland’s southern tavern inspired cuisine at the restaurant and bar attached to the hotel’s ground floor.

Love the location right in the heart of King Street. Perfect 2 bedroom with a lovely kitchen, family room and washer and dryer. Amazing art in the rooms. Nice modern yet comfy decor. Each room with own bathroom. The quinte and the lowlands are great spots. Our dinner at the Lowlands was truly exquisite. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was top notch. A real focus on service and the quality of the experience. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location.

Charming, comfortable, and chic in a perfect walkable location! Really a delight to stay there with lovely details and attention to guest enjoyment! Will tell all my friends to stay at The Pinch next time they’re in Charleston!

The Pinch and it’s staff exceeds all expectations. As a discerning traveler, I am somewhat critical, but there is nothing I would’ve changed.
