The Hotel Van Cleef was truly a quintessential Tablet Hotel. It was a great mix of luxury and warmth where one felt extremely comfortable and even cozy in a most luxurious atmosphere. The public spaces were so well appointed, it felt like we were staying in private manor home, complete with personal artwork, books and the prettiest baubles. The staff there didn't feel like staff... they were the most generous hosts and treated us like we were their house guests for the weekend. I would go back to Bruges just to stay at the Hotel Van Cleef.
