Hanspeter Rombach attaches great importance to organic ingredients in his inviting, friendly restaurant. The cuisine is regional and classical: on the menu, for example, local venison ragout in Spätburgunder sauce or filet of organic salmon and wild gambas in pumpkin juice sauce. There are also cosy guestrooms and a pretty sauna area.

"Working sustainably has always been an important topic for me, which is why my establishment has been certified organic since 2006, I prefer to process meat from cattle that graze on Black Forest meadows, we bake our own organic bread and, connected to the district heating grid, my establishment is carbon neutral."
