Housed in a beautifully restored historic building on a gently sloping hill above Kalafati Beach, it’s the work of a boutique hotel group that runs a popular resort on Crete. Numo Mykonos, like its predecessor, embodies barefoot luxury — in this case, adding a minimalist Cycladic twist and vintage ’60s- and ’70s-inspired glamour, with elegant stone archways opening onto a garden-framed pool area with striped chaises, woven straw umbrellas, and an open-air cocktail bar.
