A stone’s throw from the sea in the Corsican village of Monticello, just outside L’Île-Rousse, Casa Paradisu lives up to its name. The French architect Christophe Pillet designed this modern boutique hotel’s low-rise buildings set amid pretty Mediterranean gardens.
