We expected the Nobu hotels to have great restaurants, but it turns out they’re design heavyweights as well. The Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, imports a pronounced Japanese aesthetic, one whose visual simplicity is a perfect complement to its seaside setting.
