The Bachleda Luxury Hotel occupies a 19th-century building in a prominent location just outside the Old Town, and its interiors display the influence of multiple eras — from the Baroque ornament for which Krakow is famous to the Art Deco style that’s synonymous with classic luxury hospitality.
In classic grand-hotel style the Bachleda’s rooms span the range from efficient little single rooms all the way to lavish Executive Suites, with views of the Vistula River. At any size they’re luxe and elegant, equipped with simple but high-end comforts like hypoallergenic bedding and excellent soundproofing.
The hotel’s spa is almost comically opulent, featuring an ornately tiled mosaic pool as well as the full complement of modern facilities and treatments. And the Bachleda’s restaurants are squarely in the palace-hotel vein as well, ranging from the fine-dining Gavi Restaurant to the slightly more casual Patio Gavi and the swanky subterranean Opus Lounge Bar.
