All of The Stay’s six properties, in Istanbul and beyond, share a common ethos — modern art, high-end design, and environmental awareness are key components — but the Nisantasi location, designed by the Autoban studio and the noted architect Mahmut Anlar, is the most fashion-forward of the bunch. Its address might be the first giveaway: The Stay Boulevard Nisantasi is tucked between upscale shops, cafés, and restaurants in one of the city’s hippest neighborhoods, and the atmosphere extends onto the ground-level gallery, where the hotel has its own patisserie and sustainable clothing store.
