The Grand Hotel Residencia enjoys a prime location on the coast of Gran Canaria, sitting under leafy palms just a few minutes’ walk away from the sandy beach of Maspalomas. The restaurant serves a Mediterranean-inspired menu with a particular focus on local ingredients; the fruit and vegetables for instance come from a nearby finca on the island.
