Mere minutes outside of Blackburn, in the picturesque Ribble Valley, Northcote is a country-house hotel with a reputation for culinary excellence. And though it’s far from the only hotel in England to merit such a description, it’s been at it for longer than most of them: the restaurant was awarded its first MICHELIN Star in 1996. And while the table is still the primary draw, the rest of the experience is anything but an afterthought.
