The Autograph Collection is the Marriott-managed line of independent high-end boutique hotels, and the first one in Austin is the Otis, which stands not downtown but next to the University of Texas campus. The style is inspired by the locale, and features plenty of nods to Austin’s status as a live-music mecca; the rooms and suites are luxe but approachable, and full of visual character and thoughtful details.
