Saratoga Springs, like many mid-century resort towns, is having a renaissance, which is the perfect occasion for the Adelphi’s second act. This classic Victorian hotel, right on Broadway in the heart of town, has been renovated from head to toe, resulting in a contemporary boutique hotel that’s worthy of its glamorous façade. The oversized rooms back up their classic good looks with luxe touches like ultra-modern bathrooms with radiant-heated floors. This stretch of Broadway is lively at night, but the Adelphi gives you reasons to stay in: there’s a cocktail bar called Morrissey’s as well as two restaurants, the Blue Hen and Salt & Char.
