Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
Once upon a time... a farm, now a trattoria, pleasantly rustic and colourful in the interior dining room, but with a must-visit date on the panoramic terrace in warm weather, where there is a splendid – and unmissable – view of the Val d'Orcia. On the menu, many traditional Tuscan recipes elaborated with earnestness and excellent seasonal products: liver terrine on chestnut bread, Maremma tortello with its 'ciccia' sauce, wild boar and potatoes, to close – lastly – with homemade ice cream.
