Ducasse Baccarat

11 place des États-Unis, Paris, 75016, France
€€€€ · Creative
This private mansion acquired by Maison Baccarat was once the residence of patron of the arts, Marie-Laure de Noailles (1902-70). This exceptional location was showcased and embellished by the work of many avant-garde artists throughout the 20C. The restaurant room now resembles a library, with its shelves housing collections of crystal. Working alongside Christophe Saintagne, Alain Ducasse takes diners on a veritable culinary voyage, from his native South-West France to the Côte d'Azur, making numerous stops around the world. The kitchen draws on fresh, carefully sourced ingredients to deliver exceedingly refined dishes, such as their "Blue lobster, white, rose" or the deliciously indulgent range of desserts.
