Meaning “first class” in Japanese, Ichiryu offers an authentic taste of a Sapporo-style grilled lamb dish prepared on a convex metal skillet. The restaurant, the first of its kind in Korea, only handles young Australian lamb under a year old, and uses skillets imported from Sapporo.
