Owned by United Developers, the mall sets the standard for opulent retail experiences, attracting discerning shoppers from around the world. The project opened its doors to the public on April 15, 2022; it encompasses 1,150,000m2 of retail, leisure, entertainment and luxury into a one‐stop family destination by the seafront.
