Set among sun-bleached vineyards in Sicily’s remote southeast, Wine Relais Feudi del Pisciotto is an 18th-century estate turned boutique wine hotel with a deep connection to its landscape, and a cellar to match. The setting is wonderfully isolated, save for the agricultural town of Niscemi ten minutes away. Rooms are spread across former farm buildings, some with original features like stone troughs or panoramic terraces, while others occupy the recently restored aristocratic residence. There’s a generous pool, a small spa, and pine-shaded paths that open onto wide views of the surrounding hills.
