This sushi restaurant moved to Hiroo from its original location in Yokohama’s central Kannai district. When Yuki Hayashinouchi became the shop’s third-generation owner-chef, he named it after himself. He continues the distinctive long, narrow, streamlined sushi pieces that he learned from a sushi shop in Ginza. Devotees of Hayashinouchi’s mentor can see from the chef’s comportment that the two have much in common. He infuses his individuality and character into every sushi piece he forms.
