A romantic atmosphere reigns at De Koetsier. A colour scheme of royal blue and gold sets the tone in the chic, lounge-style interior of this inn, without taking anything away from its authenticity. Two old beds have been repurposed into cheese and friandise cabinets! Martijn conveys his passion for wine with his international wine list, and Ayesta brings finesse and creativity to every dish.
