Though they feel at home amidst the neighborhood’s elegant homes and old Colonial buildings, the hotel’s tastefully restrained rooms could stand their own in any of the region’s more crowded hotel markets. Come late afternoon, when the daily breeze rolls in and cools the air (the city is warm year-round), you’ll want to head down to the open-air bar. Lit with torches and candles beneath the building’s stone walls and a stand of palm trees, it’s as relaxing as can be — a fine place to unwind, whether after a long day of meetings or a long night on your feet at the neighborhood’s salsatecas.

The hotel is a very attractive facility. The staff - EVERYONE, were incredibly friendly and beyond accommodating. It's also located in the Granada section of Cali - a very, very safe and beautiful area. A short walk to "el centro comercial" - the mall. My home base when I return to Cali!
The staff!!! Beyond accommodating and friendly. Javier at the bar and Maria in the restaurant made me feel like royalty. Lobby staff - from front desk to both bell men, were outstanding!
I was in Cali for a business trip and saw a lot of the city in a short period of time. This hotel was in a great location, very convenient for what we needed. The staff was outstanding. They tried so hard to help us when we struggled with the language barrier. They were very gracious and the service was as good as any I've had. The rooms are nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a few meals and were always VERY happy with the food. I highly recommend this hotel.
